Ryley and Evan showed up on time and were very professional. They were efficient and knew exactly what they were doing. They finished faster than they said and explained the system to us at the end. Our salesman Tim was great and explained everything before we started. He took his time and explained everything to us. Jordan put in the faucet for the RO water. He was very quick and answered all our questions. It was a great process and would recommend them if you are looking for a water softener and RO system this would be your best route. Kimberly in the office was kind enough to listen to me as I explained my problem with our water filtration system. She analyzed my issue and arranged for an appointment at my home with Dustin Boswell, the service technician. Dustin was prompt, professional, friendly, and sincere. He explained to me how the system works and set about making the adjustments needed. Dustin remained with me to make sure the system was working well before leaving. We are enjoying our great water now and appreciate how responsive Kinetico was.
